Due to the current capacity utilization of the shipping network, there are still delays in the delivery of parcels worldwide.

Please inform yourself regularly about the current situation for your shipment. The tracking code will be sent directly to you by email as a DHL link on the day the parcel is dispatched.

Due to the current network load, we are still experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels worldwide.

Please inform yourself regularly about the respective situation for your shipment. The tracking number comes directly to you via email link from DHL Germany.


The dispatch takes place as a rule with the Deutsche Post AG/DHL .

ROOR is entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this appears advantageous for speedy processing and is reasonable for the customer without disadvantages. Should the customer wish a different delivery address from the invoice address, he should already inform ROOR of this when placing the order. If payment is made by credit card, a different delivery address is not possible. The credit card holder must correspond to the invoice recipient. The customer is requested to check directly on receipt of the goods whether the parcels are undamaged and whether the correct products have been delivered in the correct quantity, in the event of incorrect deliveries or damage to have these acknowledged by the delivery person and then to contact ROOR. The legal warranty rights to which the customer is entitled are not affected by this. We dispatch standard goods within 5-14 working days. The delivery period begins with the receipt of payment in the case of payment in advance, and with the placement of the order in the case of payment by cash on delivery or credit card.

ATTENTION ->when individualizing a glass unicum!

For all unique items and other personal individualizations of the customer, the delivery time can be extended to 14-28 working days!

Current information about cash on delivery shipping!

For shipments that require a surcharge, carry the additional service COD or have been ordered with the IdentCheck service (for DHL Paket), no delivery attempt will be made during the current situation in order to provide additional protection for the deliverers and recipients. 

From now on, items will be delivered directly to the branch and must be collected there by the recipient or a person authorised by him/her by power of attorney (exception: no power of attorney possible for parcels with Ident-Check; only the recipient himself/herself can collect the item from the branch).

In the branch, employees and customers are offered better protection options and there is the possibility of cashless payment. This regulation also applies to payment orders and shipments from abroad with customs duties to be collected.

The DHL parcel is insured up to a value of Euro 500,-. For a higher value of goods we offer an additional insurance for an extra charge of Euro 10,-.

Note for customers from non - EU - states , overseas , Switzerland etc. with customs clearance!

We have no influence on the delivery time of the carrier and the duration of customs clearance, which may cause delays of up to 4 -6 weeks between our shipment and delivery!  We do NOT accept returns that are unannounced and not paid for in advance!

About Returns & Returns

We do NOT accept returns from non-EU countries that are unannounced and not paid for in advance.

From D / EU countries:

Returns / exchange of unused new goods -> customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment!

No return possible for individualization of a unique glass item according to customer requirements.

Unfree parcels will not be accepted!
