Please inform yourself regularly about the current situation for your shipment. The tracking code will be sent to you by email as a DHL link directly from the shipper DHL on the day your parcel is dispatched.

Due to the current network load, we are still experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels worldwide.
Please inform yourself regularly about the respective situation for your shipment. The tracking number/ code comes directly to you via email link from the carrier DHL Germany on the shipping day.
Shipping is always carried out by Deutsche Post AG/DHL .
The tracking code will be sent to you by email as a DHL link directly from DHL on the day of shipment -> that's why your correct email is so important!

ROOR is entitled to make partial deliveries if this appears advantageous for speedy processing and is reasonable for the customer without disadvantages. If the customer requires a delivery address other than the billing address, he should inform ROOR of this when placing the order. A different delivery address is not possible when paying by credit card. The credit card holder must correspond to the invoice recipient. The customer is requested to check directly upon receipt of the goods whether the parcels are undamaged and whether the correct products have been delivered in the correct quantity, to have these acknowledged by the deliverer in the event of incorrect deliveries or damage and then to contact ROOR. The statutory warranty rights to which the customer is entitled are not affected by this. We ship standard goods within 5-14 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the dispatch period begins upon receipt of payment; in the case of payment by credit card, the dispatch period begins when the order is placed

For all unique items and other personal individualizations of the customer, the delivery time can be extended to 14-28 working days!

DHL insured parcel EUR 35,- + EUR 15,- /crisis surcharge = EUR 50,-.
The DHL parcel is insured up to a value of Euro 500,-. For a higher value of goods we offer an additional insurance for an extra charge of Euro 10,-.
We have no influence on the delivery time of the carrier and the duration of customs clearance, which may cause delays of up to 4 -6 weeks between our shipment and delivery! We do NOT accept returns that are unannounced and not paid for in advance!

We do NOT accept returns from non-EU countries that are unannounced and not paid in advance (e.g. for customs duties).
From D / EU countries:
Returns / exchange of unused new goods -> the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment!
In the case of individualization of a unique glass according to customer requirements or custom made, unfortunately no return is possible.
Unfree parcels will not be accepted!
Please send the unused goods with a copy of the invoice & cover letter (bank details for return transfer in case of prepayment):
