The delivery service is provided by Deutsche Post AG.
The delivery method “cash on delivery” (COD) entails an additional charge in the amount of EURO 2 payable directly to DHL upon delivery.
ROOR is entitled to partial deliveries in instances where this seems appropriate for a prompt execution of the order and if this is reasonable and without disadvantage to the customer. In case the customer’s delivery address is different than the invoice address, this fact should already be indicated on the order. If payment by credit card is chosen, no differing delivery address is possible. The credit card holder and the recipient of the invoice have to be identical. The customer is required to verify the goods right upon receipt, to check whether the parcel is undamaged and that the right products in the right quantity have been delivered. Any wrong delivery or damage has to be reported to the carrier and a written confirmation has to be obtained from him. Subsequently, ROOR is to be contacted. The guarantee right of the customer is not affected by this. Depending on the scope of individualization of the product, we deliver within 5 – 14 working days after receipt of payment in the case of prepayment, or after receipt of your order in case of COD or payment by credit card.

DHL insured parcel over 100 EUR order value: free delivery
COD under 100 EUR order value: EUR 9 (plus EUR 2 collected by DHL upon delivery)
COD over 100 EUR order value: EUR 3 (plus EUR 2 collected by DHL upon delivery)

DHL insured parcel to all other countries: EUR 30,-
DHL parcels are insured up to a merchandise value of EUR 500. For higher merchandise values, we offer an additional insurance for an extra of EURO 10

We do not have any influence on the delivery times of the carrier and the customs clearing process. Hence, delays of up to 4 weeks between the transfer of the goods to the carrier and the actual delivery of the goods to you might occur.
